David B. Calvert

David is a graduate of Mansfield Univ. and Westminster college with a masters degree in Educ. Prior to beginning his career in the Insurance Business, he was a High School Music Teacher. He started in the Insurance field in 1980 and has been in several positions over the years, Underwriter, Sales Manager, Instructor and agency owner. Dave had the CPCU designation conferred on him in 1989 and also is a Life Insurance Training council "Fellow" . Dave Calvert and Associates was founded in April 1988 in Warren, and expanded to the Findley Lake Insurance Agency in 2006. The agencies currently have 10 employees and have won many sales and underwriting awards over the years with Erie Insurance, and Progressive Insurance, their two biggest carriers. They currently represent over 17 insurance companies and brokerage options with many general agents. They are licensed in PA, NY and OH. and sell virtually all lines of insurance. Dave is married with two daughters, all who work in the family business, and currently reside in both Warren, PA and Findley Lake, NY.  <--Back
